“I've never had a better experience at a auto repair shop. First time I visited because my change oil light was on even though it wasn't time for an oil change. Danny fixed that for me and refused payment. Second time I went for an oil change, he changed the oil, but told me he was unable to remove the filter without breaking it. Previous shop had screwed it on too tight. Told me to go back there because if they broke the filter during removal, they'll have to give me a new one free. Danny refused to charge me again. (The previous shop did end having to break the filter.)”

“Have been coming here for years, always pleased with service. Great response time from from desk, repairs approvals sent via text - super convenient. Recently my 80 y/o parents' car died on their way to our house - they live over an hour away. They were able to 'limp' the car down to DA, who scrambled to help us out and inspected it same-day. They (honestly) said the repair was going to be very serious, and parents should get to a dealer ASAP. We did, and after dealer made full engine replacement, my parents took car back to DA for them to review dealer's work - DA found mounting bolts *missing*. Car went back to dealer on their recommendation, and sure enough, they were right. The peace of mind we had, knowing Joe and team were doing their best to help each step of the way was priceless. The work they've done on our other cars has been great, too. Cannot recommend highly enough, just for the straight-dealing alone.”

I went to our local shop where I usually do my oil change and was told they didn't have a certified technician to do German cars and was recommended to dealer to check it. Fortunately, my friend recommended to Ming's auto service. When I got there the owner Vincent used his special machine to try to find why the light was on and luckily, he found it. He immediately ordered the part for me and asked me to come on next day. My car was fixed on next day without any problem. He is very knowledgeable and explained the detail to me why the engine light was on. He didn't charge me diagnosis fee and the price for fixing the issue is very reasonable.
