“Just left this location after trying 4 months to get my son’s phone on the federal discount program. I had been to other locations and was told to call customer service then called customer service and was told to go into a store. So finally I tried again and Jay took care of it he for one knew what I was talking about and applied for the program for me . I left feeling thankful because as a single mom of a teenage boy times are tuff but this makes it a little easier on my pockets and comfortable knowing my son and I can communicate without money being a barrier. I first came here to check on the home internet service, questions, lots of questions haha walked out the door with a device ? “The experience at this location was a breath of fresh air. After a not so nice experience at the Camp Creek location, I reached out to the Cleveland Ave location and the service was equally lacking. I decided to go into the city from College park, just by the level of professionalism displayed by the young lady who answered phone. I took the drive in, I was greeted by 3 staff member though they were all busy with clients. A young g lady came over and got me on my way as she entered ny needs into the computer for the next available sales rep. Then I had one of best experience with Jermaine Evans. He was knowledgeable of the products and well spoken. He was easy going even when trying to convince me to add other items to my purchase. He did get me to buy the case that I would have found cheaper on Amazon?, but his style was that of a New Yorker so I rocked with him.Great service, clean store, great staff”
