Horrible customer service I never get spoken to as a black man in these stores today was no different. I understand if you’re busy but to speak to others that came in after is very difficult to deal with consistently. I also was helped after the white woman that came in after me.

I came in today to port my family plan to T-Mobile; I had a fantastic experience thanks to Mr. Yung Lo. It was probably the best retail experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you Yung!

Currently standing here while I ask for assistance and was told to hold on while she assists 2 people who walked in after me..I said they were here after me but was told to hold on. Then another customer walks in and get assistance
