“I had a wonderful experience at this Verizon store! First of all, Malik assisted me with getting a new phone, and it literally took less than 20 minutes. It is important to note the less than 20 minutes part because I had no service on my current phone at the time. So as a result, I had to go back-and-forth with my mom who is on the account and Malik made it such a smooth and reassuring process. He also helped me to get a really good deal on protection and a charger for my phone !!! I just really appreciated the people who work at this Verizon store they are all so kind, quick, and down for a laugh !”

I want to commend Wyetta for her outstanding service. I had been struggling to transfer my line to my new phone since the end of May, and after multiple unsuccessful attempts with other branches and their customer service, Wyetta was the ONY one who could resolve the issue. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to ensure that my problem was finally solved. Or that I could at least have a working phone before leaving the store.

Estrella “Star” kindly greeted me with a smile and began asking good question's. Star had a quick question for Richard, her manager, which he immediately confirmed. “Just left this location after trying 4 months to get my son’s phone on the federal discount program. I had been to other locations and was told to call customer service then called customer service and was told to go into a store. So finally I tried again and Jay took care of it he for one knew what I was talking about and applied for the program for me .
