“First let me start by saying that I am an avid and some may say dedicated Dollar Tree Shopper/Fan! So I always look for one no matter where I am in the world and rate them in my head as soon as I enter as if they all belong to me and I’m on Undercover Boss or something ?.And, before you ask- yes, it’s that serious because I absolutely love these stores and expect them to exceed my expectations even if I’m just spending $1.25 ?.Lol, in all seriousness I do appreciate them and look forward to shopping them religiously. Every once in a while I come across one that is like the Grand Poobah of them all like this one.I walked in and was blown away at not only how organized and neat it was but how fully stocked it was also. I felt like royalty as if they did it just for me…. Ok, I felt more like a kid in a candy store but you get the gist of what I’m trying to say.Anyhow, they had just about everything I didn’t need (let my family tell it) because let’s face it what store can you get good essentials at a fraction of the price over, and over, and not frequent… Right? Who’s with me? Ok, enough about that. Let’s get to the kicker.As I get up to the counter with a hand basket overflowing with 10 more of the same items I already have at home; there was this friendly, energetic person, also known as the store’s manager working the register with no hesitation, he even had the eagerness to answer questions of those just walking into the store.He was doing more than one job at once and didn’t have one reservation about it. Mind you guys it’s the Christmas season so he was busy, the only cashier, and yet he did it effortlessly with glee. He was a middle-aged African American (I’m horrid with names, but I know descriptions.. ha!) who made me and my money feel appreciated. And if you know me by now, that is essential for me.For that I will pass up others along the way and detour to this particular one anytime! Simply because this place is like Dollar Tree Heaven ? who put this here? They deserve a raise .”
“I have visited many Dollar Tree stores in GA, SC and FL. This location is by far the best organized store and having everything I had been looking for. The customer service was above and beyond. This is my new favorite location to shop for Dollar Tree items. It is worth driving the 20 miles from my home.”

“The workers were very helpful.This one particular cashier went above his duty to help me since,a woman with disabilities who uses a walker, he saw that I needed help and with his assistant he made it possible for an enjoyable shopping experience.The ease of navigation around the store with a walker went smoothly without any obstacles of blockages.Wow can you believe the holiday's is upon us!, the store that I visited started putting out their holidays supplies so please stop by and show your appreciation for these hard working employees who are doing their best to make shopping at Family Dollar a positive experience.Thank You.”
“I have been going to this Dollar General location for many years and have never had bad service. The one thing I like about this store is the cashiers tend to be helpful and friendly. Today, I had the ultimate experience though because there was one cashier working up front. In order to keep a long line from forming, he worked two registers and got us wrung up and out the door in no time WITH a smile and friendly service. I didn't feel neglected as a patron in any way and have to say that his service was by far, the best I have ever had in all these years. Thanks, Josh, and Good Job!! “It's a nice store and has stuff you could find in both grocery stores and corner stores, at cheaper prices. The only reason I didn't put all stars is because of there only being a little remaining staff at this store which makes it hard to restock so there might not be everything when you go there or it may be only a little of it. Other than. That I love this store and the staff knows me and my family that lives in this village, we go as often as we can and this store is always the first on our minds!”
“This is a bigger Dollar Tree outlet among those I visited at Alpharetta, Suwanee, Buckhead, and Hapevile.Lots of choices and varieties. When compared to other outlets where I found few aisles empty, here all aisles were having merchandise.Billing is - as usual at Dollar Tree - fast and easy. Lots of Parking. Few other shops nearby - so you can plan your visit combining other shopping.I didn't had much time to shop. Will visit leadurely later.”
“The owners are a husband an wife team. They are the kindest, people u could ever meet.The wife has a very infectious smile and personality. They really care and try to please their customers, I wish all the owners of these various businesses here in Stonemountain had owners and employees as nice ,kind and professionally pleasing. “I think when it comes to Dollar trees it's all about the location. The one off of Sandy plains road in Marietta is a great one yet now I live in Decatur and I have visited the one In Kennesaw off of Cobb Pkwy. Those two are a disaster with boxes and crap everywhere they're definitely looking for a lawsuit it's almost like they're asking for one. Because if anyone falls myself included an attorney will be involved. Regional walkthroughs should enforce safety protocols first and foremost. Most Dollar trees are unorganized and like to throw everything in the baskets at the bottom of the isles. But one thing that bothers me in particular is if your locks for lockers sell so quickly and sell out quickly, why are you not ordering more? Why are you not ordering a surplus if you know you're going to sell out within a day or two of the shipment arrival? That is senseless and keeping them from making money. Like everything else they should have options and should be ordering them in surplus. That's just a dumb move. Clean up the potential lawsuits....it's not a difficult job to manage a dollar tree. Then to change everything to $1.25. And add $5-$10 items is just stupid. Everything is cheaper at Walmart. It's started to look like Walmart for everything for from me from now on. The only reason I come here is to look to see if they have a lock which they never do and to get get gift cards and cheap gift bags or maybe some birthday decor in a specific color. Times are changing folks. For the worse nb”

“I had such a wonderful experience at this location because of a wonderful gentleman named Mr Charles. He was absolutely lovely. I needed a LOT of balloons blown up and was helpful and patient with me. I really appreciated how friendly he was. “I just had to pick up a few things and head back to work, I was second in line and the other register opened so I went because she asked for card only, took longer I'm noticing her register is not scanning so she's answering everything again by hand the other register everybody is done I'm still waiting but finally she give me my total just very long wait I just wanted to get in and get out plus she had her phone open on the register while she was checking me out kind of fishy because I'm a lot of these people are stealing from customers in these stores I don't want that to happen to me so just saying”
“It's an understaffed dollar general - idk why people have such high expectations when going hereThe cashier lady was very sweet and polite while ringing me up. The cc machine was acting up and she had to reboot it for me, and everyone in line was patient and kind about it. I noticed she would greet everyone who came in, and customers would kindly greet her back.Perhaps if we all made the smallest effort to be kinder and more understanding with each other, we wouldn't be trying to find a reason to be upset all the time.”
“This store is much better than the Buford Highway store or the one on Briarcliff. The best one I've ever gone to was in John's Creek. But, this one seemed understaffed. They did have many greeting cards and Easter basket things out. They have a lot of craft items. The young man at the register and answering patrons questions was very, very nice.”

“This dollar general is really clean compared to a lot of the other ones I’ve been to. Items fully stocked and facing the front on the day of my visit. Normally the items are still in boxes on the floor at the other stores and I understand that they may be short staffed….. there is a young man African American not sure of his name but he is always there and the last time I came in the customers were hostile cursing and yelling because they couldn’t be a little more patient and understanding . He didn’t get out of character and maintained professionalism I just wanted to say thank you! Keep it up!”
“First time here. This is the cleanest Dollar General I’ve have EVER!!! been in. I was shock to see how clean and and well stocked everything was. Even though somethings was out of stock, the recovery process where they bring back to front looks amazing. “My over all experience coming on shopping at this location is awesome .There self are always well stock .I have no problems in finding of what I’m shopping for .I’ve never seen trash and empty boxes on the floors .Like I’ve seen at D.T The employees alway have a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit .An very helpful too any customers That needs any help finding what their looking for .Also unlike my experience with employees and managers with D.T A truly winning combination All I can say is Thank You ? “This is your regular old city Dollar general. Stock is low on just about everything, not like the rural dollar generals where stuff stays stocked. Employees are friendly and cool, just don't show your a. Clearance section is also minimal. But perishables are typically up to date-- that's the good thing about high stock turnover, so if you need milk, you're good, and it's the same price as Walmart across the street.”
“Dollar TreePopular store where most of the items are $1.25. Located in East Cobb in the same plaza as East Cobb library and Kroger. Plenty of choices of most commonly bought low budget items. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location. Plenty of free parking. Great choice for budget items. Some items are not $1.25. Watch the labels and signs before assuming that all items are same price. Used to be $1 for all items before the pandemic”
