“Drexler Glass installed a shower door and window for me.
1. The reps who came out on site to do the measurements (Michael and Ethan) were also the installers. This might not sound like a big deal, but having the person who took measurements and notes also do the installation makes a huge difference.
2. I knew that one of my shower window walls wasn't exactly plumb. Off at the top by about a 1/4 of an inch. I didn't point it out and waited to see if they noticed... they measured top, middle and bottom, and indicated that the opening was a little wider at the top... not a problem they said. We can custom cut the glass so that it fits like a charm... it did. I knew right then I had chosen the right guys.
3. When they showed up to install the glass, they took their time, did the install to perfection, and even gave me a couple of options as to where to place the glass. Little things like this made a huge difference in the final appearance.
4. Their price was very competitive, and a great value for the money especially considering that their installation was above and beyond.
I highly recommend Drexler Glass, and if you do use them, be sure to ask for Michael and Ethan to do the install!”

“What a gem! Lifecycle is one of those places that every city needs and it hits my perfect trifecta of "recycling/waste elimination", "supporting the community" and "saving money". I've shopped here for years and have found lots of really useful things saving so much money on projects are my house and business. The building is pretty barebones (but also majorly cool if you love old buildings) but the service is fantastic. The people at LBC are always helpful and kind”

“My doors just arrived today, and I just had to text James immediately to say how beyond pleased I am. I ordered these a few months ago, and you can only tell so much from the photos on the web site, but the doors that arrived today far exceed my expectations. They are, in a word, exquisite. I was concerned they might not be able to get the stain uniform enough for my tastes, as I picked the rustic mahogany design with ridges, but the stain and finish are flawless. We had a lot of communication during the process, and James never lost patience with me and stayed cheerful and eager to please, which is saying something, given how much I obsessed. This is the most money I have ever splurged on a custom made item for my home, and the price was a couple thousand dollars less than any other place I considered, and I did a TON of research for custom made mahogany exterior doors. I am so pleased with the quality and professionalism of Meade's work. So grateful for my gorgeous new doors! I'm in Phila, Pa, and shipping is it's own can of worms, but I went with Roadrunner and they did a terrific job and no damage to my precious doors for a very reasonable price. “My last visit here was so positive, and I think that's been the case with my most recent visits. Everyone seemed eager to help me, and Ms. Kelly was outstanding! She waiting on the phone with another store for 5 - 7 minutes just to verify whether they had a specific grass seed I was looking for before I wasted a trip to the other store. I didn't even ask her to call, she volunteered on her own. Other associates checked on my husband and I throughout this store visit, and helped us fine products. During our renovations I spend a fair amount of time in Home Depot stores, and I've been to the Jonesboro store several times. I think this store is really improving with its level of customer service.”
