“I stopped by Cakes By Keon for some slices of cake, I highly recommend the strawberry crunch cake. An employee at the counter told me they owned the restaurant next door and the food was really good. I was hungry, so I went over. The menu was limited, so I decided on a whitening fish sandwich with fries. After about 10-15 minutes, my food was ready. I wasn't expecting a piece of fish and 2 slices of bread, but then again, it was only $10.99. The fries were overdone, and I barely ate them. I also purchased a lemonade to drink. I really wish it was fresh squeezed since it tasted like Kool-aid lemonade. Overall, I'm glad I supported two black businesses. Definitely stop by if in the area.”

“For years this used to be another health store...Rainbow Natural Foods... they were okay and carried many products but underwhelming, uninspired and dated. Customer service was okay but a bit dry. I would just go to get my vitamins and herbal supplements. After many years, eventually they closed. Somehow I was still sorry to see them go as they had been there so long.A few years later, here is now Nuts and Berries instead. I liked shopping there. Fresh look, friendly helpful staff, varied products, decent prices, a freezer section, clean look, cool atmoshere, jazz playing in the background for a vibe.They also had a Souper Jenny so I got some lunch too. The food was fresh and tasted so good. I really did like the experience of Nuts and Berries. It's a sweet place to browse and pick up a few things.”

“WOW, I never knew the impact that this place would have on my life!I have been looking for some plant base cold cuts online for a while, but I couldn't find anything local and I didn't want to take a chance on shipping!Then my cousin told me about this place!To my surprise, they had plant base cold cuts and more! Everything in the store was vegetarian/vegan!I was like a kid in a plant-based candy store!There was so much to choose from!I was able to purchase items that I haven't had since I stopped eating turkey base cold cuts!And the killer thing is I passed by this place just about every day and never realized it had an all-vegetarian grocery store in it!I will be back!#abcchristainbookstore”
