  Everytime i come in Decatur branch I truly feel special. I have been with First Citizens since they were Best Bank and no matter what i have to do i always go to the decatur branch for the best banking experience!!. All the associates are A1!!!.... Miss Lisa (bank manager) is the best!!!!

  This location provides great customer service every time I’ve been there. Everyone is polite and professional.
