Horrible staff. Some random employee that started with a T always seemed mad and you could sense her attitude. She just gave me some random plan and got even angrier when I asked if there were more promos. She needs to chill ?

The worst store. You check in to be in queue and keep seeing that the staff doesn’t care for queue and serve the customers who know them already or start talking to them without even checking in.The best, they remove you from queue if you are outside in parking for 2 minutes to be away from crowd and stay safe from Covid.Update 12/31/2022:Second visit to follow up on issue I shared with store agent- Keyona Daniel. I don't think she did anything on that issue as she never responded to my issue through in-person, phone, or email. I spoke to other staff "Kemar Reobinson" and manager "Mo" who simply raised hand that they cannot help resolve customer issues. It seems like staff is only there to sale new customer and stay away from existing customer unless they are there to return equipments and close the accounts. I am shocked that even the manager do not even look into the issue and speak the same language as junior staff.I wish I could give negative 5 rating.

came here to replace my lost sim card. guy told me there was a block on my number and they couldn’t do it unless i bought a new phone or brought in an old phone. called their customer service and they sent me a new one in the mail in 2 days. where do they hire these clowns from?anyway skip the trip to the store and call their customer service instead

This store is absolutely ridiculous. It's already bad enough that Xfinity the company has horrible customer service. All I wanted to do was return my equipment after cancelling their terrible service. It took 45 minutes and that was only because we chased someone down. Xfinity is terrible.

Went in to drop off my old equipment. The gentleman greeted me and assisted me. He scanned my equipment and told me to have a good day.

You can't call the stores. You have to waste gas money or lyft mo ey going from store to store to get different answers. I drove to a store and the semesters were down. Gas isn't cheap. If I could call the store and and ask simple questions it would prevent a lot of frustrations

Erica Abner is awesome! She made this whole experience very pleasant and stayed on top of my service transfer the entire time. During the whole process, she continued to communicate to me what was going on while simultaneously juggling other customers with effectiveness. A great employee to have there!

I called xfinity and had them to disconnect my internet service and I let them know that I was not going to restore my service with them and I took the equipment to xfinity on Church St on the 22nd of Feb I was assured that the young lady was going to do her job but apparently she hasn't now they are trying to charge me 135 dollars for equipment that I have already returned and I called customer service and asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was told that it would be an hour before I can speak to someone I was already on hold for an hour I'm ✔ with xfinity

****Great experience with NAKIA DUPREE**** Had previous bad experiences with this particular store. Went in today to swap remotes and had a customer rave to me about NAKIA DUPREE and her excellent service!! NAKIA quickly helped me swap remotes. She should be given a raise and promoted!

Service was easy and efficient and they took care of my problem in 2 minutes that somehow the phone agents couldn't do in 2 months! Only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because everyone waits at least 20 minutes before they are seen. But seeing as this store has high customer volume it's understandable

The store was clean! There was a bit of a wait, considering it was after 6p.m, it was totally understandable. The staff kept reassuring all guest we weren't forgotten & someone would be coming to assist shortly. I waited roughly 30-40 mins and once serviced I was out the door in less than 5 minutes.
