Horrible staff. Some random employee that started with a T always seemed mad and you could sense her attitude. She just gave me some random plan and got even angrier when I asked if there were more promos. She needs to chill ?

This store is absolutely ridiculous. It's already bad enough that Xfinity the company has horrible customer service. All I wanted to do was return my equipment after cancelling their terrible service. It took 45 minutes and that was only because we chased someone down. Xfinity is terrible.

You can't call the stores. You have to waste gas money or lyft mo ey going from store to store to get different answers. I drove to a store and the semesters were down. Gas isn't cheap. If I could call the store and and ask simple questions it would prevent a lot of frustrations
