I wasn't sure what to do since there was a cash withdrawal limit but they helped me work out a plan to use a cashier's check and meet there to do the transaction, which I couldn't do elsewhere because of limits on shared branch cashier's checks.”

“I made an appointment online to open up another business account (i have a personal and business account already) somehow my appointment was made for a personal account instead of a business. When I got to the branch I learned that the Rep that was supposed to help me was unable to do the business accounts yet. One of the young men asked the female if she could help me.
