Associate was just not nice. I gave her my wife’s phone number to pull up a $10 coupon. She asked if the name was correct. I said yes. Since it was a women’s name, she did not use the coupon. The associate deserved fewer than 3 stars, but Rack Room deserved 4 or 5. I averaged to a 3
