“My wife and our entire family has been patrons of this location for a good many years. Even when our extended families from Brasil come to visit they always want to buy here. The quality is second to none and the professional staff are helpful by not pushy like other places. Prices are outstanding ....especially when on sale. Baby clothing tends to be expensive and the little ones grow so quickly. We acquired a credit option with Carters and we accumulate points towards futurepurchases. That really helps. Grandma ? loves to buy cute clothing for our grandchildren. The store is packed out to the max with more in the back. If you don’t see a style or size just ask the ladies and they will help y’all hunt for. Located in the backside of the outlet. We still miss Gymboree store. Shame they went out of business. Come visit for your wee ones we be rewarding.”

“Charlie was really nice and helpful and went above and beyond. They helped us sign up for the loyalty program and helped us find a $10 off coupon! Originally, we were just looking for some plain converse, but ended up leaving with white high tops. I wanted black, but after trying on the white ones that Charlie brought out, i realized i liked white shoes more than i had thought ? i had some concerns about keeping them clean and white, but after showing us a shoe care kit and explaining how to use it, i felt good about the decision. I’m in love with my new shoes!”

“Love this place! I'm a little unsure about the first review. I found the clothes bigger than normal---especially the dresses. It felt great bumping a size down than what I usually wear. They have a large variety of clothes...dresses, skirts, blouses, vests, dress pants, you name it. I love the atmosphere here because it's so chic. It reminded me of the dressing attire in Mad Men (television show) that I am obsessed with. The "negative" here is the digging through the sale racks. Although, it isn't really a problem because once I found what I wanted, AND if it wasn't the right size, one of the employees scooped me up another size right back to my dressing room. Although not totally inexpensive, it's certainly worth the quality.”

“I bought shoes at the Sperry store at North Georgia outlets on 9/18/23, around noon. There were two employees in the store at the time and they were very helpful. I wanted to use gift cards for the purchase and it was difficult for the payments to go through. But, the staff was very patient, tried the cards multiple times and kept trying everything they could to help me use the gift cards. They were non-store gift cards and they were not working as expected but the both the gentleman and the lady were kind and patient enough to help me. Thanks for the excellent customer service!! Strongly recommend this store, esp for customer service!!”

“Other retailers could learn how team members should treat customers based on my experiences with Kristy. I came in two weeks ago returning 6 pairs of sneakers that were ordered online at another location and did not fit as hoped. Kristy was very friendly and did the return. Based on our conversation, she suggested I try a couple other styles that might work better. I didn't have time that day but returned yesterday. She was very helpful finding all kinds of options for me. In a couple instances the shoes weren't where they were supposed to be and she took the time to track them down since they showed being in stock. It is incredibly rare to find someone in retail that approaches their job with the perfect mix of professionalism, enthusiasm and product knowledge. Kristy is all that and I'm grateful for the chance to engage with her twice.”

I purchased a purse with the assistance of a sales person from online.I was going to buy a pair of sneakers and she advised me they would be on sale after the holidays. I will go back to shop! “Yes this is a place to go! This was my 1st time coming here. I didn't know that a ugg store was here. I was leaving and seen the store. I turned around went in. OMG what a sale I caught . Certain items in the store was additional 50% of the lowest ticket price plus additional 20%. I got a pair of boots, 2 pair of mule For $164. Mind you the boots was regular $180. The only thing I didn't like is the guy was watching me as I was looking at some socks that was at the bottom of a rack after I had made my purchase. Which I had left the bag up with at the register with him. Thank God for change......”
