“Tiffany at the store was amazing she noticed that I was being overcharged for my phone plan and informed me that I needed to call customer service to fix the reason why. I stayed in the store and fixed the reason. Then we got 2 Apple Watches on our phone plan. Now my phone plan is cheaper than what it was before adding Apple Watches!”

I can't recommend this location enough! We were in and out in 2 hours and for me, that is a record. I'm usually stuck for 4-7 hours. Very helpful very polite.”
“My review is STRICTLY for the bakery! Lol. I've gotten two, cupcake cakes for my daughter's birthday from this location and they were cute and tasty. The first time I did a Minnie Mouse cake for her first birthday and the second time, I did an ice cream cone cake. Both were beautifully decorated and taste great. Both times, however, there was no one there to help immediately in the bakery section so I can to find someone over in deli and they are almost always busy. And there seems to always be confusion with getting my order, but I guess because that person may not be bakery but nonetheless I'm always satisfied with the end result.”

“Today, I walked into the store with my father to change his phone plan and we were assisted by Kayla; who went above and beyond to help us all while providing excellent customer service and support. Admittedly, my dad was a little discouraged upon arrival due to not having much luck at a previous location down in Florida but Kayla saved the day, literally. My dad and I are both extremely happy with the service that she provided, and we’re also both very grateful for everything that she did for us. Team members like Kayla are truly what makes Verizon the number one wireless cellular provider; thank you again, Kayla, you are truly the best!”
