The lady was so kind and welcoming even with it being so close to closing time. She said my daughter was welcome to use the fitting room to try on the dress, which she end up loving! “My daughter had a job interview this week so we went shopping for a suit and dress shoes. We went to Belk's, Macy's and JC Penney first and not one employee stopped to ask us what we needed. In fact no one even said hello or acknowledged our presence. On our way to Dillard's I noticed the colorful clothes in WHBM. We stopped and Miss Que and Miss Hope greeted us, helped us find some great choices, and gave us the best customer service I have had in a long time. I am old enough to remember when department stores were known for their service. It is wonderful to know that WHBM has found some gems who understand how to treat a customer. The suit fit perfectly and we will definitely be back!!!”
