“My experience at Sugarloaf Mills Mall on December 18, 2023 is one I'll never forget! I'm not always a review writing girl but if I had a phenomenal experience somewhere, I need to let Yelp know about it! My daughter and I were last minute shopping for a dress for her 18th birthday. We were pretty certain we'd find something at Windsor because we always do but on this day nothing was really jumping out at her. An employee by the name of NAYDELI assisted us with a fitting room, found out the occasion we were celebrating and asked if she could pick out some pieces for my daughter to try on. She did not miss!! My daughter looooved one of her picks and it was the one she ended up choosing! Naydeli was like a dress fairy whizzing back and forth! She was absolutely incredible and so attentive you would've thought we were the only ones in the store but she was also in multitasking beast mode! I mean from start to finish, hands down this young lady has the retail biz in a headlock! The best Windsor customer service experience EVER!! Service so good, I almost asked for her schedule just to make sure I only come when she's there lol! Thank you, Naydeli!! (Pronounced exactly the way it's spelled, get it right!).”

“Well my daughter & I had a great experience here recently.I've been dieting and exercising and am losing weight & the jeans were getting really baggy so off shopping. I think I had 502's before & they were super baggy.Carla & Jasmine there were super helpful, agreeing with my daughter that I should try 510's SKINNY!I could not argue with three ladies when they agreed they fit well!Skinny & Doug have never been used in the same paragraph!Anyway, extraordinary service from both even while the store was busy they time shared where you always felt you were the #1 priority! Friendly and professional. THAT is rare in customer service these days in my experiences shopping in person anywhere.I must also compliment Sam who was at the checkout. She handled an exchange of newer 502's that were never worn, tags still on. She was very helpful in navigating the exchange and new jeans purchase.These guys are the best! “I LOVE LOVE LOVE Rainbow! I have at least 3 go-to's for shopping/retail theraphy and Rainbow is my #1. I live closes to this location, however, I also frequent the Sugarloaf Mill and Gwinnett Dr. locations in Lawrenceville, GA. I recently noticed the Sugarloaf Mill and Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd. locations seem to have in-store many of the new items I see online. I like going into a store to shop. Therefore, when I receive text messages and/or emails featuring new releases, I make my way to either of the locations I mentioned. This location is convenient, clean, very organized, the staff is friendly, they play excellent music (local radio) while you shop, which I like. The vibe is nice, the inventory is trendy. I am really feeling this Fall season's collection. I totally recommend Rainbow. I live on a pretty type budget, yet I am still able to ball!”

I was still given great service by the new lady whom name I did not get (apologies) but she was great and she encouraged me to by diamonds. “This is the best forever 21 location I've been to in a while. The store was well organized and not a mess a lot of the other ones I've been to and I actually saw employees picking clothes off the floor that had fallen. They definitely have a better selection than the one at the mall of Georgia. The customer service was surprisingly good too. It was closing time and the line was long, but the three employees working kept the line moving. The cashier that checked me out accidentally charged one of my items twice and I pointed it out before I left and he apologized several times and quickly solved the problem. I will definitely be returning to this location soon.”

“I'm always scared to go in Ross because of the longgggg checkout line that goes all the way around the store. But, finally, they have self checkouts. Even if it is cards only. I love it!You'll have someone remove the alarm tag, and then you do your own transaction. And someone else will check your purchase and receipt.I understand the whole shenanigans of double checking with all the thefts that we have now a day. But, it might drive some customers crazy to be checked twice.I'm all for it if it gets me in and out without that awful long line. Now I can shop a Ross at any time of the day.”
