Today, a young man named Estefan (my apologies if I misspelled that) and the pharmacist on duty worked hard to find a medication that was covered by my insurance and saved me more than $200. They did so much more than they had to, and I really appreciate the extra effort.”
“Publix always has checkouts stations open and no self checkouts. Employees are friendly & very helpful in finding anything customers need. It is a very wonderful store in which to shop.”

3027 Jim Moore Rd, Dacula“The pharmacy tech who helped me greeted me pleasantly, and asked if I had any questions about my prescription. I had previously been using the CVS in Auburn, GA for many years, until its closure earlier this month. With the exception of one tech at the Auburn, GA location, who always went above and beyond in her wonderful attitude and helpfulness, I have never had a nicer experience at a CVS location than the one I had yesterday at the Jim Moore Rd. (Dacula, GA) location. I did not catch the tech's name, but he did a great job! If he is not already, he should be put in charge of training new employees on how to treat each and every customer with dignity and respect, which is a trait that is sorely needed in the employees at most of the large corporate pharmacy chains. I look forward to my next visit to the Dacula location!”

505 Dacula Rd, Dacula“Landed here after running erronds & did my major shopping for the week (Mon - Wed) & ended up getting Thanksgiving items as well.Clean, kind associates, very nice customer too!!I got a bundle of firewood (5 big pcs, which isn't much) for $7.99 but cheaper than Publix.No alcohol on this trip, but seemed like I was going ti break the bank woth this haul- NOPE... $222.00 & we have actual food!!! Yay!!!My store is normally Lawrenceville/Duluth at Taylor Road & it is getting better. Or I can go to Satellite Blvd, which is pretty good. Oh, Riverside Parkway fixed up nice too... I have options now & I am happy!!!Don't forget the Kroger Plus card & on-line coupons to save even more!!!Happy Shopping!!!”

This was due to the site needing repairs to their machinery. Keisha kept me up to date on the progress of my photo books being completed. In addition she was apologetic and offered a discount on the final product. I am most appreciative to her and her staff. My aunt received her photo book and loved it. Thank you Keisha.”

“I was in your store approx 1:30 this afternoon. To purchase a sandwich. I do this a lot during the summer months. I was waited on by a young black lady today. Rude, very unhelpful and clearly did not want to make a sub. I tried not letting it bother me , thinking she didn’t want to work and maybe someone had upset her. She pretty much slammed my sandwich on the counter. I had a few more things to get and asked a guy in produce if you had any regular size watermelons. He immediately said yes and offered To go get one for me from the back. He and many others like him is the reason I consistently return to your store. I have shopped your store over ten years. Love your store and your employees always willing to help. I hope you continue to encourage customer service . As so many stores no longer do so.
