“Great experience and awesome customer service! An employee helped and she was walking in to clock in. I told her I'll wait and she insisted. I was able to find what I needed and make my purchase. I was way off from where I needed to be and I was pressed for time. I was able to accomplish my goal because of her help. I've been here before and it's very organized and clean. Only downside is they need more cashiers. The wait time in line is disrespect. It'll make you change your mind about your items. Do I really need this right now?! Other than that, it was a pleasant shopping experience.”

We chose shutters for the living room and blinds for the other windows. The blinds installation went perfectly, and even though we had a couple of minor issues with the installation of the shutters, Rick came out twice to make it right and we are so happy with the final result. “Our plan was to visit 3 stores looking gif a recliner for my husband. First and last stop was lazy boy at the mall of Georgia. We are greeted by the sales associate that was very kind and knowledgeable no pressure to buy. We took his card thinking we would be back before the day was over only to find out by my husband the chair was perfect! We bought it and my daughter picked it up the next day at the warehouse. Great customer service! My husband loves it❤️ he tells everyone it took 59 years to finally get a lazy Boy.”

“I really enjoyed my experience with Reggie, very knowledgeable. I went to purchase a bed and I did. Why I didn't give 5 stars is it took way too long to get my bed. 17 days. I told them I didn't want a remote I have to pair with my cell phone, what did they send, a remote which I have to pair. I'm 80 and don't understand written instructions, it's been 3 days now and I still can't get this thing right. I need help.”

“Male staff is just so damn rude! I'm 9 months pregnant and I came to buy backsplash for my new kitchen. I asked for help multiple times, no one helped me of course, until I got upset and asked a guy to show me the backsplash aisle, of course he was just uninterested in helping me, didn't provide any help at all, zero energy. Then he told me he was going on a lunch break and thank God he did. This nice and sweet lady TAMMI took over him and she was super helpful, she carefully helped me select the right backsplash/grout for my kitchen, she was sweet, kind and patience and she even helped me put it all in my car. Thank you so much Tammi, I hope you become the manager of this location and teach your other colleagues great costumer service!”

“James Fountain is the best! He’s very personable and knowledgeable about all items. In particular, he was able to zero on on the type of mattress that would be best for us. He presented several options, clearly explaining the differences, and without overwhelming us with too many choices.After the mattress choice was made, we moved on to looking at accent chairs. He gave good advice on styles and colors that would complement our existing furniture. We also looked at bedroom furniture for a guest room update. He showed us several options based on info we gave him.The overall experience was very satisfactory. James is an extraordinary ambassador for your company. We will be repeat customers.”

“I was able to check out in three minutes on a Saturday at 6 pm. It may have been a fluke. Overall decent experience. I came with no expectations. The place was a bit sloppy. But not my concern.
