“After plenty of recommendations from friends, I called up here yesterday to ask them if they could fit me in for a tire balance before I left town… I just had new tires put on that I sourced online and had installed at another shop… The other shop had not balanced them properly and granted I have one of the new tires which was not perfectly round… Global tires was able to get them good enough and then some for my road trip to Panama City today… I pulled up and had my truck tires off and the job completed within 45 minutes.”

“I have previous satisfactory experiences with this shop servicing my wife’s SUV, but in this case they were the nearest location available when roadside assistance was required due to shredding a (front) tire on my recently acquired C4 Corvette. As the car in question is 35 years old, tires were not readily available and in this specific case, the manufacturer no longer marketed the tires used on the C4 at all. However, suitable replacements were located and transferred quickly, with a fresh full set installed less than 72 hours later. If not for a previous family commitment I would have picked up the car the Monday following the Friday when the problem tire went down. Owing to the age and status of the car the store manager took personal care to complete the four-tire change himself; the only downside is that the directional wheels used for car were not replaced correctly, but that is a small matter. I did inquire about additional work that I need to have done, but was told that due to the age of the car it was not something they felt comfortable undertaking, which I can respect.”
