Im not sure if his name is JC or JT, but HE is a rockstar and took care of my return with ease and precision. In and out. No back and forth. Done! Made me want to reconnect my mobile service with them.

Justin did an amazing job with setting up a new account for me. He was super helpful and empathetic towards the issue with my existing new account and walked me patiently through the process of canceling the account with wrong plan details.
