“I went in to purchase another screen protector and the man that work there AMAZING. He remembered my first and last name and got everything I needed done in less than five minutes. He even put together my new phone mount for my car and put it in. I went in to spent $8 and he told me about other items he had and I spent over $70. I love going to this new store they are very helpful. I was his first customer who bought the IPhone 15 in store and I wasn't even planning on buying a phone. He convinced me to upgrade because I was going to keep my XR into it stopped working. He(sorry I don’t know his name) know a lot about the phones. “My experience was great yesterday, I went in not happy about my service at ATT and I walked out with a solution. I ended up getting a phone right away with major discounts. The Rep was awesome. I can not remember his name. He explained every discount and how to use them and also he explained well the transfer process for the other lines I have. Metro is was cheaper that ATT and give the same service. This location was not packed. I was in and out.”

“i wanted to wait a few days before i wrote a review. Let me start by saying these are some of the most genuine people i’ve met here in Ga.I went in to get my sons phone screen fixed i was referred by Best Buy for his 13th birthday they let me know what they were going to do and the concerns they had with fixing it. Welp long story short I also needed to replace my sons battery and had a complete melt down. They literally walked me through the process and showed me the damage. When I tell y’all they are very affordable. I will be back they have so much cute stuff for phones and everything!!!!! thanks for saving my sons birthday!!!!!”

“I had a great experience in this store. I needed to both make a return and purchase a gift card. My return has been sitting in a bag for over a month waiting for me to find the time. I was nervous about it because the receipt was faded. However the staff quickly put me at ease and made the return based on the credit card I used to make the original purchase.I ended up picking up a new shirt and get in the self check line because there were only two registers open and both had long lines. I wrongly assumed the gift cards would be near the register. The woman working the self check area pointed me toward them and told me not to stand in line again to check out but to just come back to her and let her slot me into an open machine quicker. The store was clean and the workers were all very friendly and helpful.”
“I try to get in and out of here as quickly as possible and today I was able to find everything I needed! I used the self check out and it was a smooth transaction. I like the variety of Torino coffee syrups they carry, so def a good place for at home coffee items.”
“I went in for my annual upgrade. They actually had the phone in stock, unlike the other locations. Service was quick and friendly. They both made friendly conversation while everything was being set up. Which is better than most of the locations here where it's just awkward silence which makes the wait seem longer. They also offer name brand Bluetooth accessories, and not those cheap ones that I've seen at the other locations. 5/5 in my book”

“Meka was amazing! After dealing with Comca$t for a total of 12 hours both calling and in store visits…I came across the street to Verizon. My attitude wasn’t the greatest due to a high level of frustration from horrible service with Comca$t.. but upon entering the Verizon , Meka greeted me and assured me that she would take care of me. I was in the store a total of 30 MINUTES flat..left with my home router and everything works great!!!Thank you again for your patience and excellent service Meka!!!”
