“Where to begin? From the moment I walked through the door, these people were friendly, helpful & PROfessional. Yes, their office could use a remodel. And what the HECK is with that drive area inside the gates ?? YIKES !! Worst roads I have EVER seen !! EXCELLENT Customer Service TRUMPS all of that EVERY time !! “I had a problem with my Penske trailer (cable cut by accident that works the lighting) and saw this U Haul facility next to my hotel. Without hesitation, I was greeted very kindly and was given immediate attention - without charge! What a great gesture and so greatly appreciated being from CA and having been on the road for 6 days.
