Been shopping at this location for years. Always a great selection from dressy and casual to tennis shoes. The store is located in the Tanger Outlets. Plenty of parking, handicap spots and electric vehicle charging stations. Inside the store was organized nicely. The employees were friendly and helpful. There is a public restroom just down from this store. Rack Room Shoes is the first place I always go to when I’m in need of shoes!

Bought 2 pair of shoes here. Rarely can I find wide shoes for small feet. The clerks were great getting shoes down that were too high for me to reach

Sales not appropriately posted, had to pay full price for all merchandise and made Sales clerk aware of this ?,BOGO 1/2 off on 2nd pair, $109.00 shoes x2 pair !

Went shopping with my granddaughter and bought her light up unicorn shoes. They stopped working that afternoon.Wonderful customer service. They took them back without any issues, ordered the replacements and had them shipped to my house. Turned an unhappy experience into a good one.

This store has always been great. I went in needing to return a pair and exchange another, and thought it might have been an issue, but Gabrielle was so helpful and I got everything fixed in about 3 minutes

Not once were we greeted/ asked if we needed assistance the entire time we were there. When an employee finally acknowledged us, it was to inform us that she "just found out" they were closing early, and told us we only had 15 minutes to decide and get checked out. Additionally, I was appalled to hear the 'F-bomb' dropped repeatedly in the music that was playing through the store speakers; at least three songs that used the word excessively, without any censoring.As I completed my purchase, I requested the name of the store manager, to which the person behind the counter claimed he was. When I brought my observations to his attention, he simply stared at me as if he didn't comprehend why I might take issue with any of these concerns. At that point, I asked for the name of the district manager, and he claimed there was not one; I then requested the contact information for the regional manager, which he refused to share with me.If it were not for the fact that I have been unable to find appropriate work shoes for the last few months, and had driven nearly an hour to get there, I would have preferred to not spend a single red cent in this store!!!

I went in on a weekday. The store had only one other customer. I saw three employees, as I walked by each within a few feet. None of the employees spoke or offered to help either of us in the store. When I asked if they have any women composition toe shoes... One employee looked at the other & said I don't know what that is. The second asked me what that is. I said do you have any women steel toe type shoes? They didn't know, so they asked the third employee. She too didn't know. I then asked if they sold the brand Merrell, my favorite shoe brand. I was told no, but as I walked around myself to search I found Merrell was a brand they carry. It's terrible that none of the employees know about the merchandise in their store.

I found my Skechers, cheaper with a better variety then at the Skechers shop in the same outlet mall.
