I love rack room shoes. It was a bit frustrating that I couldn't find anything my size last time. Hopefully next time I go there will be something for me.

Went shopping with my granddaughter and bought her light up unicorn shoes. They stopped working that afternoon.Wonderful customer service. They took them back without any issues, ordered the replacements and had them shipped to my house. Turned an unhappy experience into a good one.
