Diane was a gem, much like the ones (rubies/diamonds) she assisted us in purchasing.Its a beautiful piece of jewelry and so was Diane.The piece needed to be sized, she checked with the jeweler, to see if it can be sized and how soon.Firstly, I must admit, I was surprised and impressed that there was an actual jeweler on site...jeweler, said "next day at 3pm".No way, get out of town, for real!?As promised it was ready, sized and beautifully gift wrapped, the following day/time.Exceptional customer service, beautiful jewelry!!There was also black pearls (a favourite), along with a candy dish with bite size chocolate!Yep, my new favourite local jewelry store in Columbus, Georgia ?????”
