“I had a ring that needed to be resized from size 7 to a 4. I spoke with a different jewelry place and they informed me it would be impossible to resize my ring without causing the stones to be unstable. I saw that John Paul's Jewelers said they can do anything, so I wanted to see if it was true. I spoke with Norene and she said it would be possible, however, there may be some discoloration due to the material. When I picked up the ring, it fit perfectly and there were no discolorations! They really can do anything! I will be coming back here for all my jewelry needs.”

“Gary is a genuine guy. Although I have not purchased any of their art pieces, he has personally cleaned my ring several times. My response is always the same....Wow! He initially saw all of the chips and cracks and could repair it. I think they tell a story. He has also installed a diamond into my wife's ring which had been missing. I won't go anywhere else. Go look, at a minimum.”

“We were in Columbus Ga 10 4 to 10 10 for a veterans reunion and had a traveling clock that needed repair. We found him on line and stopped in to see if could be repaired right away. They took the time while I was there and worked on it for about a half hour got it fixed and we were on the way hardly being charged anything. Great service and great people. THANK YOU”

“Went today after looking at reviews and calling to see if they bought silver or just gold. They buy both. Unfortunately what I had wasn't worth much given than it was 90% silver, but I was kindly greeted when I walked in and my pieces were inspected and the young woman that works there was kind enough to straighten out a ring that had gotten all bent up, at no charge (thank you so much). I did decide to hold on to what I had, for the aforementioned reason, even still I do hope to make it back to the store one day soon to actually walk around and look at their selection.
