While I didn’t rent a car at this Hertz location, I went there to resolve an issue with my Hertz rented SUV, Cierra, at the front counter, understood my issue quickly (leaking oil) and gave me several options (given the location did not have a comparable vehicle available to rent/exchanges), A voucher allowed me to get repair service done. From my interaction with the staff, I have nothing but compliments for them.”

“The young lady that waited on me in the morning was very personal and professional. I told her what I needed to have done to my car and she arranged for transportation back to my home. She called me one time during the day to update me and let me know what was wrong and what the cost would be I told her to go ahead and she told me when the car would be ready. When they arrived to pick up the car she went over the invoice and then escorted us to the car so we can do an inspection everything looke great we were off.”
