Doesn't matter if you have a reservation. They Don't care. Had a reservation, confirmation number and no car delivered. Just left me stranded and all their customer service number said is that they could send an email. Nothing.

Don’t trust them. They couldn’t honor a confirmed reservation and left me stranded at the airport twice. Sorry we were “Overbooked” and “sold out”, don’t cover my additional expenses for taxi or ride shares. Loyalty means nothing apparently.

Why would a rental car company not stay open until all flights have landed through the day/night? Flight code entered during reservation process, no red flags, booth was closed when I arrived and doesn't open back up until 10AM.
