Dollar is conducting unethical business. The Atlanta customer service or lack thereof just told me that she doesn't want to help me. After 3 hours of waiting in line, she basically ridiculed me and my son who has a disability. SHAME ON YOU DOLLAR AND HERTZ. One customer service representative to 45 people in line

The way I see it, Dollar/Hertz owes me 12 hours in Atlanta. How do you take the reservation, but don't keep the reservation. Waited 1.5 hours in line and another 4 hours waiting for the car. Trash.
