“I just wanted to say thanks to the guys in your service department. Today was a bad day for me and the cherry on top was, as we were traveling through this town, I had some issues arise which looked like some transmission issues. I was about 2 hours from home and they agreed to take a look at it for me even though they were busy. To make a long story short it turned out to be much of nothing but the fact they took the time and were so helpful and explained a few things to me made my day so much better. “I had an issue with my vehicle and had it towed to this dealership. The vehicle was making a grinding noise from one of the wheels. They said they were busy and probably couldn’t work on it until the next day at the earliest. But BJ had one of her techs take a quick look at it and the issue was gone. The tech said the noise was most likely from a small rock caught between the brake rotor and the dust shield and probably fell out while being transported to the dealership. I really appreciate them taking a look at it even though they were busy. This dealership has the nicest people working there.”
“Great place to go for fast in and out service. Here in the mountains we often have to wait a week or longer just to get a oil change. We drive from Hiawassee to Clayton to get our oil changed, and every time, I've gotten in and out in 20 minutes tops”
“This dealership truly goes above and beyond for both existing and new (out of town) clients. My father in law has used this dealership for years to buy numerous cars of various make and model, and he has experienced nothing but top notch customer service over the years. This past weekend I found myself in a real bind when I discovered that my license had fallen into an unreachable crevice deep in a ford rental I had gotten at the ATL airport, and I was due to fly out the next day with two toddlers in tow. Every employee was super empathetic regarding my situation and was willing to rearrange the schedule to try and help my family late on a Friday afternoon, even though they knew that my primary residence is in Mississippi and that I was unlikely to ever purchase a vehicle from them. They were able to retrieve my license and save the day for my family’s journey home the next day. This business isnt just about numbers and the bottom line. They care about people and families, and that’s refreshing in this day and age. I just might fly up to buy my next gmc truck (and visit the in laws) from them because they freaking rock!
