“I just wanted to say thanks to the guys in your service department. Today was a bad day for me and the cherry on top was, as we were traveling through this town, I had some issues arise which looked like some transmission issues. I was about 2 hours from home and they agreed to take a look at it for me even though they were busy. To make a long story short it turned out to be much of nothing but the fact they took the time and were so helpful and explained a few things to me made my day so much better. I wish I would have got both of your names as I would have mentioned you here. Thank you, it was much appreciated.”
“The folks at Duvall Chevy are FANTASTIC. Had car troubles I am from out of town, called the Chevy dealership and asked for help very helpful but could not get a rental car so I asked to speak to a manager. Jeff Answered and listened to my story he told me to bring it in and they would take a look. The employees, management and the owner Jeff were so great I would recommend them to anyone. I am just sorry I can't have them in my community. Everyone there called me by name and was so helpful and courteous what a great organization. The owner sets the standard what a great experience. “Wow! I took my new truck for its first service here. I had my old truck serviced in Franklin, NC; In general, Countryside was a terrible experience.
I scheduled this service, and when I arrived I was met by BJ who answered all my questions, explained the warranty process and then walked me around the dealership and escorted me to the waiting room.
She noted that there was a recall they could take care of if I had a few extra minutes, which was no problem.
What a difference! Respect, competence and service oriented. I highly recommend using the Duval dealership. I specifically recommend speaking with BJ. I'll be going back.”

“Great place to go for fast in and out service. Here in the mountains we often have to wait a week or longer just to get a oil change. We drive from Hiawassee to Clayton to get our oil changed, and every time, I've gotten in and out in 20 minutes tops”

“Not sure this will happen to everyone, but my brakes needed replaced before I could return home to New Orleans. Online they couldn’t take me for a week, but were nice to let me drop off my Tahoe and offered to get it done the next day. They ended up getting the work done the same day and I am back on my schedule to return home on time. 5 Stars, excellent customer service.”

“This dealership truly goes above and beyond for both existing and new (out of town) clients. My father in law has used this dealership for years to buy numerous cars of various make and model, and he has experienced nothing but top notch customer service over the years. This past weekend I found myself in a real bind when I discovered that my license had fallen into an unreachable crevice deep in a ford rental I had gotten at the ATL airport, and I was due to fly out the next day with two toddlers in tow. Every employee was super empathetic regarding my situation and was willing to rearrange the schedule to try and help my family late on a Friday afternoon, even though they knew that my primary residence is in Mississippi and that I was unlikely to ever purchase a vehicle from them. They were able to retrieve my license and save the day for my family’s journey home the next day. This business isnt just about numbers and the bottom line. They care about people and families, and that’s refreshing in this day and age. I just might fly up to buy my next gmc truck (and visit the in laws) from them because they freaking rock! Thanks again, friends!”
