“Wiley tire is the Best, they went above and beyond when they replaced the TPMS sensors... they tried getting them to be recognized by the computer for over an hour. I had to take the car to a Ford dealership and they had the same issue, turned out the BCM had failed preventing the sensors from being coded”
“My mom got a flat tire on her jeep across the street from the dealership. AAA said it would be 9 hours until they could show up to help her, the dealership had someone walk over within 15 minutes to help her put on her spare. Thank you!”
“My tire went flat on my way over the mountain and I just happened to stop at the gas station right next door to Appalachian auto. I didn’t even know there was an auto shop next to the gas station but thank God there was!! Not only did they change my flat tire for me (after business hours) but they also didn’t charge me! (I paid anyways because of the great service) very kind and very helpful people!”
“Josh got us in to look at a brake issue on the last day of our trip to Clayton. When we arrived, he was friendly and explained the prices for some potential services to address the issue. Once he looked at the car, he determined the brakes just needed to be cleaned and adjusted. He did that and looked over the rest of the car to make sure everything was good for us to drive home, and would not even charge us for the work. If we lived in the area, Josh would for sure be our go to mechanic.Service: Brakes”

Had car troubles I am from out of town, called the Chevy dealership and asked for help very helpful but could not get a rental car so I asked to speak to a manager. Jeff Answered and listened to my story he told me to bring it in and they would take a look. The employees, management and the owner Jeff were so great I would recommend them to anyone. “Great place to go for fast in and out service. Here in the mountains we often have to wait a week or longer just to get a oil change. We drive from Hiawassee to Clayton to get our oil changed, and every time, I've gotten in and out in 20 minutes tops”
