Walked in at 3:50 PM to open a business account. There were 5-6 people at the branch. They all said sorry it takes too long to open a business account. Please come back tomorrow AM! Shameful service!!

When ever I go in I might have to sit no more than 15 minutesThe staff to me is intelligent and helpful. I have a business account and personal account and the Chamblee branch is great and The Manager Sabina at the Lawrenceville Hwy Branch is great also…they are better than two other banks that I’ve been with in Atlanta and I changed when my financial advisor down in Miami recommended Truist for me!

This branch is the worst branch. Area manager needs to look into this.

It is very unfortunate that my visit today ended by me being denied service, accused of fraud, and my husband being called a liar. Robert D. Jarvis (Assistant Vice President) was very rude and cold and decided on his own terms that he would not service me and my husband today and gave me very little information regarding my accounts when asked why we weren't being helped. His reasoning was because there were several fraud alerts all over our accounts and that we should contact the fraud department. Upon leaving I reached out to the fraud department and asked why I had not been notified about fraud alerts on my personal/business accounts, in which they stated there were only two alerts dating back to December 2022 and June 2022. I then proceeded to ask her would this have gave Robert justification to not service me and her response was "No" and proceeded to apologize on his behalf.Because I have never had this type of interaction I even proceeded to visit my home branch to see if they would validate Robert's actions. I spoke with Ernesto Garcia (Buckhead Branch Leader) (3020 Peachtree Road NW Atlanta,GA 30305) who was very kind and patient, even through my breakdown from being accused and denied service. He assured me that he would look at my account, which he did, and also told me what the fraud department had previously told me, that there were only two alerts from 2022. He also assured me that this was not a red flag and that Robert was not justified in denying us service.Truist is this how you train your employees to treat your loyal customers?

If you want your identity stolen, bank here! Never opened an account here, but Truist allowed someone else to open an account online in my name without going into a branch and showing ID.

Poorly run branch. Clients wandering around lobby wondering how to get help. Went in to use their Notary services. Called beforehand to confirm that branch had a Notary present. When we arrived no one was available to direct us. After about 5 minutes someone walked by and asked if they could help. We informed them we needed a notary. They looked confused, and thought there was not one at the branch, but we said we had called to confirm. They asked around, found a notary, but said they were helping another customer and would be with us shortly. We waited 20 minutes, after which we were again told they would be with us shortly. We informed them we had a meeting we needed to attend, and had to leave in a few minutes. They checked with the notary and then told us the notary would not be available in a few minutes, so we left. We'll be moving our money from Truist.

The worst customer service from agent Ashley. Just cut me off not trying to hear what I am saying dealing with my account. She then kept talking about something I was not even talking about and when I said ma'am hold up loud she hung up being very unprofessional. This is the by far worst customer service representative I have ever spoke with. I would not recommend no one for this bank at all especially not to have to deal people that represent a huge company like this.

Very slow bank service! The tellers can’t even do wire transfers, when banks like Chase and other locations of Truist have done it at the counter. Very unfortunate.

I can say I will give Robert jarvis 5 stars for helping me. Because Truist decided to put a block on my account and not tell me what for. After 3 hrs of back and forth since Truist customer serviced lied to me and made my day a nightmare. So thank you to this man for the help but Truist as a bank is straight mf trash

I went to the bank and was talking with one of the managers I think. (Marie ) and before our talk was finished she offered to lie for me about getting my money from a CD one day early. If she will for me she will lie to me. And Who knows what else! I went to the branch manager and spoke with him about it and asked him was she going to continue working there he said yes but we are putting her in another location. Think about it.

Overall bad customer service and understanding of basic banking. This location is only good for the atm transactions. Staff wide ignorance from tellers to management.
