No Hassel, straight forward easy process. Bring in your car, answer a few questions, they do an inspection and give you an offer to buy your car. Process normally takes about 30 minutes, today was a bit longer because it was busy but no complaints. Offers seem fair, higher than dealer offers and KBB.
