2902 Watson Blvd, Centerville“I just have to give a shout out to the level of CS I have received over the last month or so from the Verizon staff. It is so rare these days to get excellent CS from every individual you tall to at one company, but that is exactly what I have gotten when I call or visit one of their stores or call their CS line. The majority of my contact with them has been calling the CS line. Idk what it is with me and phones, but I have gotten some duds over the last 8 months, and this is NO fault of Verizon! It just is what it is these days. I wish I had written down the names of everyone I have spoken with, but I didn't. I also wish I could remember the number of times I have had to call or visit a store, I think 10-15 times, over the last 2 wks. The ONLY negative I have about my experiences are the unexpected disconnections when placed on hold. Most have called me back, but a few have not. I also need to include the staff from Asurion, the company that handles Verizons phone insurance and warranty. They are just as wonderful. Everyone has gone out of their way and used every brain cell they have to help troubleshoot my phones. Yes, phoneS! I have a backup phone because of the issues I have had. Oh, the other negative to this situation is having to convey my issues each time I get disconnected. It is a bit confusing to explain. I had 14 VM from a few employees who did try to call me back. Idk why, but their calls went straight to my VM. I have received replacement phones, one of which had to be replaced again. I just got it. So, back on the phone, I go to get this one connected to my number. But, I expect nothing but the kindness, patience, knowledge, and understanding I have already received. I hope their bosses read this post and give each employee I have spoken with a day off (haha), or at least a BIG pat on the back. THANK YOU to each of you who have gone out of your way to help me!!!! Verizon, keep up the good work, hiring such wonderful people. It has truly been a nightmare for me, but my pain has been less with their help! I'm not going to mention the type of phones I have, because overall, they are good phones. I'm just having bad luck right now. No, the phones have not been damaged by me. These are manfacturing or software issues. It's time to end this because it's back on the phone, I hope one last time, for me.”

“The store has new area, an Ultra area that is very inviting. Starbucks was open but not well stocked, no bakery or food items and no half and half. The grocery area looked inviting as well but once there the fresh produce area wasn’t stocked and the cooler sections were not well stocked. There was one safety issue I saw a shelf that was not secured well in the cool section, opened area near the produce had product on it and the shelf was not straight it looked like it would finish falling any moment. Keeping me away to shop in that area.”
“Awesome place with awesome people. Always give me great deals and have replaced faulty equipment even though it most likely wasn’t their doing. Will continue to come here for years to come.”

“One of the top reasons I am a total tech member at Best Buy is the outstanding support provided by the Geek Squad every single time I need their assistance. Another reason is the outstanding service and customer support provided by professionals like Nadia. She helped me through every step through the process of replacing my damaged surface pro with a Surface Laptop 13 inch. She was by far the most knowledgeable and personable customer assistant i have ever had when dealing with Best Buy. She didn't just drop us off with the geek squad and disappear. She thoroughly answered detailed questions; and if she didn't know the answer, she looked it up right then and there! She provided suggestions that helped me decide which laptop to purchase. It is the outstanding customer service like Nadia gave me that will keep me coming back to Best Buy (that and and their excellent total tech perks). We'll done!

Diana reached out to Metro Pc to help me get my issue resolved. I appreciate the time and effort that she gave me. This was my first time visiting this store location.”

2929 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins“Love this target especially since they added groceries and Starbucks! They have lower prices than other grocery stores in the area and always have a good selection. Most items are usually in stock and the store is clean. I’ve never had an issue when visiting. Employees are kind and helpful. I also love drive up!! It’s helped me so much when I need a few items and they’ve always gotten it correct and the order is ready rather quickly.My only negative remark is that items are cheaper when purchased online rather than in store. While I love my pickup orders, I wish all prices matched no matter how you’re purchasing them.”

I usually pride myself on getting the sales professional's name but alas upon this trip I inadvertently forgot.
