725 N Main St, CedartownNever have used Polk Veterinarian and I needed my female dog Honey spayed, I called and asked several questions about the process and cost. I had all questions answered in depth and set an appointment. The front desk attendant was nothing short of amazing. I'm disabled so she gave me a window period to accommodate my family's work schedule. She came from behind the desk and sat down with us, to gain Honey's trust eventhough she was making a low growl. I was encouraged to call whenever I felt to check on on her, I was also informed that I could let her stay an extra day to make things easier for me. and my family. I was felt very at ease and was pleased with everything that was done to care for her and she also received her rabies shot and was treated for fleas and ticks.I inquired on treatment for my other dogs and was given the cost for them as well. I will definitely continue to be a customer of theirs.
