“I live 30 miles away from the Jason shop and I still took my car there and that tells you a lot about this shop. I have a hard time trusting someone with my vehicle because I been screwed over before. But Jason and his guys did an amazing job, very trustworthy, fix my car in appropriate manner, and very understanding. “In late October, while on my way to work, I was driving on I-75 when a tire tread from an 18-wheeler in the left lane hit the right side of my vehicle's front bumper, causing damage. I contacted my insurance company, who recommended a specific location that wanted to keep my vehicle for over a month. I was distraught, disappointed, and frustrated, but someone suggested I try Collision Restoration. I met with Frank, the business owner, and explained my situation. He explained the repair process in detail and provided a written quote based on a visual inspection. We agreed on the price and timeline for the work to be completed: one week. The level of customer service and artistry I received exceeded my expectations. I needed a ride back from Enterprise Rental, and Leah offered to pick me up so I wouldn't have to wait for an Uber. “The handle on the passenger side door of my Ford Expedition had broken. I purchased a new one from the Ford dealership in Cartersville and asked about labor charges there and I believe Pam quoted $150 hour labor (if not this price it was very close). I called Roger at Matthews auto body because a friend had used them before. Roger called within two hours of me dropping it off and said the car was ready. They charged me $50 for the labor - I stood there and asked him why it was so cheap (I was expecting $200-300 charges) and he said the labor charge for the repair was only an hour and that is their rate. I guess I'm so used to being ripped off at dealerships I don't know how to respond to honest people anymore.Service: Body & Trim”

“Fantastic! Well above and beyond in customer service!! Made sure we were able to find the parts I needed for my daughter's car.Spent the afternoon with my mom and this most incredibly interesting and helpful man, Mr. Jewell, out in Cartersville. He didn't have the specific thing we were looking for at his salvage place, but drove with us to another place to find it. I learned that he worked for Coke for 20+ years, worked as a pastor for 31 years, and has had this salvage place for 35 years, which his father had before that. He went well out of his way to help us, and in turn deeply blessed my heart with his stories. He spent 2 1/2 hours with us!!! I can't really describe WHY he was so amazing- incredible work ethic, truly loves Jesus and his wife, has done amazing things living in Cartersville his whole life- but he just emanated JOY. LOVE. HAPPINESS. CARE. CONCERN. I don't know what it was, but I sure hope I impact people one day the way that he does.”

The cost to repair was more than the van was worth so I went through the process of selling a less than functional vehicle while 9 hours away from home. The folks at Cumberland answered the phone, gave us a fair offer, were prompt at pickup, and were pleasant to deal with. When other places wouldn't pick up, wouldn't call back, gave an insulting offer (insult to "injury" around Thanksgiving was irritating at best), or would have taken hours of waiting around, Cumberland helped us make the best of an unfortunate situation.”

Scott at the store figured out how to get to my battery under a few different parts the manufacturer placed and was able to diagnose it needed replacing. He had already done the leg work to access the battery so he went ahead and changed it for me! “Craig is one of the nicest managers I have ever met. I am a truck driver I called to place a store to store purchase at 9 am the currier never came with it at 1pm like he said they would. 3 pm rolls around still my bottles of airline antifreeze never came. The currier looses stuss from what I hear all the time. He was even calling around. He finally found some at a nother advanced auto parts.. Craig acts like the parts sors back in the day if you were broken down they would go out of their way to help the customer and or clients..PS... TO THE OWNER YOU NEED TO GET A DIFFERENT CURRIER SERVICE IT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE TO HAVE A CURRIER THAT LOOSES STUFF.. I COULD OF MADE IT BACK TO JACKSONVILLE FL IF THE STUFF WOULD OF SHOWED UP BY 1PM”
