“Great place! I had positive vibes after walking into Pugmire Ford in Carrollton. I had called Pugmire Ford in regards to an issue I had been dealing with since December of 2023 with a different Ford service center. I was transferred to Justin, I explained to him that I was dealing with a Ford service Center since December of 2023 and the service adviser kept dropping the ball to put it mildly. We discussed what was wrong with the truck and he then put Vincent on the matter. Vincent had a tech look at my truck and resolved my issues the next day after they recieved the parts. Thank you Justin and Vincent. You guys handled my problem in one day. I will be a repeat customer. I will bring my truck there for service for now on.”

Jay checked the battery, and it tested “good”, but he was so concerned about my long drive back that he went ahead and honored the warranty and put a new battery in my car. He also checked my alternator and that tested “good” as well. That’s why I continue to do business with O’Reilly. They are all over the country and can always be trusted. That is extremely important to me. Jay was so professional and friendly, and I appreciate so much how well he took care of my issue. “This a local business with wonderful people who sell the best parts you can buy (get OUT of the Zone if you're still buying Chinese-made junk at every other mini-box parts store!). I've reserved online, by phone, and in-store, and every time the parts I need are already there or get there sooner than they say they will. I've even ordered gas tanks from them and it got there faster than Amazon can deliver (next day!). Don't play around with big parts online- you need a local retailer to help you handle returns and make sure you get the right stuff in the first place. You won't lose any time or money with NAPA, and specifically, this store has some machinery and staff in-house that can help you press-in bearings or whatever would make you bleed on your driveway. Love these guys! Thanks for taking great care of me!”

“Only called .Was trying to find a set of coils for a car although it was not in stock it could be ordered next day .which was good because the dealer wanted 3 weeks to get the part and could not identify what exactly it was I needed without me having to dismantle the rest of my car to identify it for them . people were fast and very nice with what I was trying to to locate .I ended up not using them and went to a junkyard for my part.which turned out great as well .”

He changed my battery for me on my 2017 Chevy Malibu(when they normally don't do these) the way this battery was encased you would think my car was powered by the Hope Diamond or something! “Nick and Dustin are my angels here on earth. My car broke down in the middle of the road and with the help of an awesome officer that pushed my car to the side of the road I was safe. My roadside service was not helpful at all and I was stuck at a gas station after working a 12 hour shift. I called Autozone, Nick answered and told me he would come to me to put oil in my car and to see if I was ok. He and Dustin were concerned for my safety and made sure I was straight before I got back on the road. Thank You Nick and Dustin.”
