I received daily texts about the status of my car and got it back earlier than expected! They even went as far as taking me back home when I dropped my car off due to me not having a ride, and delivering my car back to me. If I could give 10 stars I would.”

“We had trip plan for fall break! 2 days before leaving for the trip ! Our truck started acting up and the check engine light was on! I call Bo at James O’Neal! He said they couldn’t get to me right away they was back up ! I was telling him we had trip planned for my granddaughter fall break! He asked me if could bring in morning he take care of it ! “Thanks is too small a word for the crew at James O'Neal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bremen GA. On a road trip to connect with family, still hours from our destination, an ominous dashboard light appeared on our Jeep Grand Cherokee, and we needed to be towed to the closest service group.After we were told by the first shop we called that the earliest they could get us in would be Tuesday, and with only an hour until closing (on a Friday night!), Joe, Beau, Tim, and Shane demonstrated what teamwork and world-class customer service looks like, procuring a radiator from another location, and installing it, along with a new water pump, to get us back on the road in record time! We are just amazed at the kindness and generosity of these gentlemen and cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“Extremely helpful. The girl working behind the counter didn't hesitate to offer assistance because when I couldn't find the right oil filter for my vehicle, she looked at my phone to see what filter I was looking at, and was so the first ti letters in the part number and immediately recognized it as the Wal-Mart version of one that they had in stock. Only the 2 letters on the part number are different. But the other 5 numbers are the same. And they are both the same brand name, Fram. Makes no sense. But I digress, I'll go of on a tangent if I'm not careful. But she got me squared away very quickly. I then asked if they a code checking device to plug into my car and see why my check engine light is stay coming. She immediately obliged, grabbed her little reader, and went and plugged it up. No big issue found just a small little 120-200 dollar fix. An automotive repair shop would have probably changed that just to plug it up. Now, advance doesn't always have what I need, but gosh darnit, they sure can let you down in the friendliest of ways and truly break a little jr mechanics heart while at the same time making him feel good about himself and brightening the rest of his now ruined day.”

They gave us an estimated time of completion. Even went as far as reaching out to our insurance company in reference to locating better replacement parts.
