“I don't go to auto part stores often because it tends to be an uncomfortable and, honestly, confusing experience. But the staff at the Hickory Flat location are FANTASTIC. They made me feel very comfortable, and I felt that I could trust their recommendations 100%. So much so that I went back twice in one day. They happily installed my new windshield wipers without a second thought and spent time working with me to see if I could find a better price on a high beam bulb replacement for my Jeep that typically run $150+. I will definitely come to this location moving forward and would recommend them to everyone I know that lives local!”

“Was not sure my problem was the battery. Art tested the battery and explained why it needed replaced. Had different warranty choices which I liked. Art was awesome and I must say I have not received that kind of service in a long time!! Highly recommend!!!”
“I took my granddaughter's Nissan Altima to get an estimate on some minor body damage. The young lady and gentleman working this day cleaned off the dirt popped back on what had came loose. NO Charge!!
There is a minor dent to be repaired.

“I was assisted at Auto Zone by an associate named Ronald today —-in order to purchase an automobile battery for my wife’s Nissan Murano. He found the right battery, at a great price and even installed it for me! What a great employee you have at that location.
Ronald said that he had been there for quite some time, and certainly wouldn’t be without merit to give him a raise at some point! Thank you once again, Ron Huber Canton GA. Update::::: came back today 7/7 and mr Gonzales personally helped with a dead battery we needed to have replaced after 3 months! No cost! I brought pizza for the crew as thanks!”
“Stopped by about 5 mins before close just to check a friend's car that was acting strange. The staff were super helpful, friendly, and gave some thoughts on what to do. They quickly searched for some stuff to help us out in a pinch. I'm blown away by their willingness to help at such a late moment. Not a single complaint or frustration was mentioned. “On Feb 1st my 16 year old son was rear ended causing the bumper and car frame to touch his back tire. We called triple A and waited. After 4 hours a friend of mine said why don't you call Daniels towing around the corner. They came over right away, brought us to the shop and figured out how to get that frame off the tire just enough to let us drive it home saving me from extra towing & storage fees. All the gentlemen were kind, curious and sympathetic to the situation that my son had just faced. I highly recommend this company for their service and commend them for their quick service, thinking and sensitivity.”
“There was a mistake in the oil change of my car. BUT, they took care of it, there was never any push back at all, they were very friendly and open about what happened. They even went over the options to get it fixed, with my paying for it and then them reimbursing me being the fastest and easiest way to get it fixed. Not common in the auto care industry today where they are willing to take ownership of their mistakes and correct it no questions asked.”
