“I’ve been living here at the lofts for a year, it’s home. Just renewed actually. I’m pretty nomadic and have chosen to move every year for the last 15 years but I just wasn’t ready to leave this place. There are a few things that set it apart. In all the complexes I’ve lived in, I’ve never experienced such attentive staff. Daniel, on the maintenance team, has seen to a variety of service requests in my unit and (beyond being exceptionally courteous and timely) is always impressively capable. Allison, the office manager, somehow makes herself available when anything comes up and is always notably compassionate and helpful. The building is so unique, a fun mix of historic and renovated. I always love when I discover something about it that I didn’t know. So much variety in each unit, too. There are abundant green spaces around the building and trails to access bigger parks easily. The river is right there. Events are often going on and many people have dogs and walk around with them outside so there is ample opportunity to talk to people. There is also the relaxing anonymity that comes with a large complex. All in all this is a neat community to be part of and I’m happy to live here.”

The green area is unmatched against other properties, the pool, gym and clubhouse are great areas to spend your time around the complex as well! The management staff is nothing short of exceptional, they’re always there to help and quick to jump at your concerns. Taylor was exceptionally fun to work with while transferring into a new unit here. Overall, this is a great community to be a part of!”
