“In this microwave society, we live in, technology, apps, AI, you name it there’s something to be said for good old-fashioned American American service team. This location is the best I’ve ever worked with UPS and FedEx four different start up business ventures. Take long with the first one to realize that UPS was the choice and now settled into an office, I have to tell you at first, it was a price point, especially in new startup businesses, but not only are they cheaper, I can save without hesitation in the 2 to 300 individual packages on a monthly basis in the real estate industry. I can’t even remember the last time I’ve ever had any issue, not so much is, the package being late. I would encourage all business owners out there, as well as people just looking to take advantage of the lowest prices, the best deals, and like I said before, I can’t reiterate it enough by far the best customer service by light years among their competitors FYI, I hardly ever ever post a review or any comments related to any of the services I use across-the-board for running my companies However, sometimes just gotta stop what you’re doing and show respect, admiration, confidence, and more so than anything we appreciation, staff and UPS is a whole has their clients and customers, regardless of their volume.
