“I do not write reviews often because my busy schedule. If I do, it is either because it is so good or so bad. Sign11 falls to So Good category. A few things surprised me. 1. Price, very inexpensive, 2. Quality, I always had my posters printed on paper by many different companies. This time I had it printed on vinyl . I was really not so sure if the quality would be acceptable. Wow, when I receive the final print out, it is no different from paper print. I can hang it for ever, even outside under the sun or rain. 3. Communication: After I submitted my file online, I received an email from the company, letting me know some of the words are not clear enough and they provided touch up to improve the quality for my proof reading, It never happened to other companies. 4. Delivery: I need my print next day so I have to pick up myself. They left the product outside the company if you come to them after business hour. It was raining day. When I got there, the print is sealed with plastic bag. No any issue with rain. Again they did fantastic job.”

I went in there to make the same print order but the person helping me was short, seemed agitated by my need to make a single 'test' print before needing to make adjustments. I went back today to the Johns Creek location and was told I would need to come back after lunch as there was only one person working. That is when I left to go to your location on 3370 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, Suwanee, GA. Thanks to team member Aniya, my experience was stellar! She was patient, very helpful and, in my opinion, went far above and beyond the 'service' I received at the Johns Creek location.Kudos to Aniya FedEx...she makes your company better!”

He explained my options and said if I wanted a box to save time and a return trip he could provide one. Politely left the choice to me. Then provided the box at a fair price.”

“At Office Depot I always receive very good treatment from the employees. I was a customer for 20 years at Office Depot which is at 915 Parkside Walk Ln. Hwy120 i Lawrenceville, GA. Now, I moved house a year ago and the closest Office Depot to my house is the one at 3131 Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd.in Suwanee, GA. Yesterday, 8/1/24, I went to make copies and there was a very kind young woman who helped me operate the copier. Thank you! MParra”

“We were printing our wedding brochures, and we were disappointed to find that the bleed was not to the edge. We were only five days away from the wedding, so we were very stressed.We immediately took the brochures back to the store and explained the situation to the staff. The store owner, who was on duty at the time, was very understanding and apologetic.The store owner assured us that he would do everything he could to get us the correct brochures on time. He immediately arranged for a rush job and stayed at the store to personally oversee the reprinting process.The next morning, we received a call saying that the brochures were ready. We picked them up and were thrilled to see that they were perfect. The bleed was flawless and the colors were vibrant.We are so grateful to the store owner and his staff for their dedication and customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had the perfect brochures. We would definitely use them again in the future.”

“I came in to drop off a package. There is a sign on the door saying masks are required and that they will limit the number of people inside. There are also places on the floor indicating how far apart you should be standing. I was greeted when I walked in. The young lady working was serving the customer in front of me. I was dropping off a Covid home Test that my employer had me take. She saw what type of package I was dropping off and instructed me to put it in the drop box in the corner. She was helpful and professional. I can only speak of my experience and it was a positive one.”

“The guys at this location are really helpful. All polite and don't mind helping me out due to my disability, etc. My only complaint is how pricey it gets anytime I need a box or shipping bag for something, UPS could do better in that respect. Highly recommend this location, tho.”
