“Had to get my van jumped today outside a restaurant and then headed to O’Reilly’s to see if they could test my battery. Craig, the Assistant Manager, helped me right away and tested the battery, which appears to be okay. He could’ve sold me a new battery, but instead told me to go to my local repair shop to see if it’s a faulty starter that needs replacing. Craig was informative, honest and personable and I appreciate his kindness! Will definitely patronize this store if we’re in the area again. Thank you Craig!”
“Staff is very friendly usually have what you need only issues I have is when I buy alternators from them they claim that they test them but sometimes you'll get a faulty one Just make sure that they put you in the system with the warranty cuz if not you're up a creek”
