“Shout out to my guy big Rod!! The first day I met him I dropped off my truck with him. His personality & character made me feel comfortable with him & I’m very picky on who I trust with my cars. He charged me a price I couldn’t say no too and promised me my car would be safe with him. “We can’t thank Ken and guys enough for helping us out of a bind. We were camping…several hours from home, and our battery started acting crazy. We went straight to O’Reilly’s for a battery, only to find out the battery swap was a little more complicated than we were willing to do on the fly. I called Ken based on a Google search, and he went out of his way to get our issue resolved very quickly. The customer service was outstanding. “I had my vehicle in for service again with Bud Bisciotti as I had a problem with a rough ride in my truck. He recommended BILSTEIN front struts and I agreed! Bud and the mechanics did a wonderful job installing the struts on my vehicle and now she rides so smooth! Bud kept me informed on the status of my vehicle the whole time not to mention provided a fast and friendly experience for installation. Thanks again y’all!!! “The auto parts store is good, but the fact that they have a machine shop also is great. The guy in the machine shop is an old dude that actually knows what he's doing. I took a set of very expensive rotors to another place, and they absolutely butchered them. I didn't think they could be saved, but the guy in the machine shop attached to Carquest did a top notch job on my rotors. For those of you who know the difference between a good job vs. a bad job when it comes to rotors will definitely appreciate his work. He cleans the mating surfaces. He does an excellent job cutting the rotors with zero runout. And, he sands/scuffs the surface a bit. This isn't the O'Reilly auto parts treatment; no, this guy gets it, which is a rare thing these days. If he'll take good care of my rotors, he'll probably take good care of my other stuff, too. I'm gonna use this shop a lot more in the future.”

“One of the few places with great customer service these days. I showed up 30 mins before closing with a dead battery. It’s the night before Thanksgiving and I have travel plans tomorrow. I was expecting to get turned away because it’s so close to closing, or at least get a rude employee angry about not being off work yet. I was SHOCKED to find neither situation. The employees helped me immediately, knew exactly what to do, checked and replaced my battery in less than 15-20 mins, made sure all locks and windows were working before I left, and wished me a Happy Thanksgiving. I haven’t seen this kind of customer service since COVID started. I forgot what it was like. I’m so impressed I decided to write a review about my excellent experience. This is rare these days.”
“This place is great. I needed a high cost, large, direct fit item right away. Autozone had it in stock if I drove a couple hours away. Advance had too long of a wait for delivery. NAPA was way overpriced. Rockauto wanted to use FedEx, which I knew would destroy them in shipping and the choices on Amazon looked like complete junk. O'Reilly to the rescue! They are so fast because they have their own internal delivery system to get the specialized inventory parts delivered to the store right near my house. They even helped me load it up. A+ to O'Reilly Auto Parts.”
