“I give them 5 stars SOLELY based on the young lady in the office, Her name is Valyncia and she was absolutely delightful to speak to she answered all of my mother's questions without any rush , she was attentive and very helpful. I appreciate her SO much, my mother isn't very good with technology and she took her step by step and was so respectful she didn't even know I was on the phone until the end and her delivery never changed I appreciate that! There was another lady who wasn't as delightful and she made my mother feel very uncomfortable but luckily Valyncia was so awesome we just let it go they need to raise her pay !”
