“Prices are crazy high, even the non organic. I was concerned about size of some produce. If you look at these carrots, the bottom right are normal size. That one laying on the top was by far the biggest carrot I have ever seen. Couldn't even put my hand around it little scary. Oranges were also huge. The cashier was super nice.”

She answered any questions I had about the ingredients in the smoothies and made helpful suggestions on some I might like. Also the alterations and substitutions you can make to each smoothie. I’m impressed! I have a lot of allergies but really enjoy smoothies. So I was relieved to be met with such understanding and amazing service. Will definitely be returning.Dietary restrictions: I have OAS and they were very accommodating to my request and alterations.”

“Now I know why they have low reviews for this specific location. I ordered online which gave me a 10-15 mins pick up time. Drove to this location 20 mins after my order and still had to wait another 20mins before the agent start making my order.She was the only person working so I can't even fault her. There were 6 people there just waiting. 2 customer asked for a refund because they couldn't wait any longer. And 2 extra customer walked in but left after waiting because she couldn't get to them in time since she was making order.Management needs to do better! How can you have one person making food & running the cash register at the same time.You know if her hands are in gloves she actually cannot take them off in the midst of making the smoothie then touch the register then having to go back to making the smoothie. This is ridiculous! And as I said, I'm agent is not at fault because she can do so much with what she have working with. Smoothie King is cheap to not hire someone else.”
