I have a business account but every time the company has tried to do business with this branch the transaction can not be completed. Other WF branches help us later but this one is/ has issues.

I had a horrible experience….Minka Parker my teller was extremely rude and unprofessional.I was totally confused by her inability to do her job..with the simple request of a money transfer..fortunately for me the manager Cynthia Henry took charge and got me squared away it was almost a wasted visit

I made a reservation and visited to open a new account. I was very nervous as it was my first visit to the US, but Pat was very kind and explained everything. When online banking was not working, she called the company to fix it. Thanks to that, my first memories in America were so good. Regards, Pat.

Today I attended a scheduled appointment to open an account at this branch, however my experience as a customer was very unpleasant, since among the documents that they requested of me to carry out said procedure, I presented the ID of the Latin country of origin, despite To the above, the commercial advisor who assists me, requests that the voting ID of my country must be in English, I clarify to the advisor that said identification in Latin countries is not carried out in a language other than the one of origin, in this case Spanish case, then she indicates that why the passport was in Spanish and English. It would be important for the staff to receive training to know the identification documents of Spanish-speaking countries as well as make it clear to them that the passport here in the USA, as in any part of the world, are printed in English and in the language of the country of origin, because it is an international ID.
Unfortunately I lost time, when I thought that making the appointment would speed up the process. The day before, I went to a branch and they checked my IDs, telling me that they were correct, which is why they considered that this treatment amounted to discrimination.

The manager at this branch thinks she owns the bank, she is very disrespectful and threat, insult customers… she stops the line every time people come in and say the bank is running out of cash… she be harassing the new teller by not working but standing behind her the whole time she is working… you can even sense the uncomfortableness in the new teller- customer service zero star

it is impossible to get through to an officer of the bank to clarify a fraud issue. People on the help line are limited in what they will tell you. it is extremely frustrating to try to reach anyone at a senior level

Went to close bank account and they will not give me a customary cashiers check. People here don't know any banking acumen and courtesy. I stepped out and called WF customer service and they will send me a check. What a waste this branch is.

Went to this location today, I was a bit apprehensive as Banks in business districts are usually not the most helpful or friendly. I was presently surprised for the moment I walk in. I walked in and was instantly greeted and welcomed by Katrin Stone. She helped me with a document and I was on my way in minutes.Great idea having such a helpful and pleasant person desk near the door!

The worst service i have ever had with Wellsfargo. I wanted to deposit my Checks they kept asking me where did I get them ?who I work for ? I told them I May have deposited one of the checks using mobile deposit but I’m not sure which one. They finally rejected me to deposit my checks. I’m thinking to close my account with Wellsfargo now .

Worst Wells Fargo branch. The personal banker named katrin stone ignored me and served someone else who came after me just because she might knew that client. She dint even asked who was first as other Wells Fargo branches usually do. Really upset with the experience.
