I had a horrible experience….Minka Parker my teller was extremely rude and unprofessional.I was totally confused by her inability to do her job..with the simple request of a money transfer..fortunately for me the manager Cynthia Henry took charge and got me squared away it was almost a wasted visit

I made a reservation and visited to open a new account. I was very nervous as it was my first visit to the US, but Pat was very kind and explained everything. When online banking was not working, she called the company to fix it. Thanks to that, my first memories in America were so good. Regards, Pat.

it is impossible to get through to an officer of the bank to clarify a fraud issue. People on the help line are limited in what they will tell you. it is extremely frustrating to try to reach anyone at a senior level
