I came in on Thursday at 11:40am. First I literally waited over an hour to talk to a representative about an upgrade. When Mike is finally ready..,he scans my Id and says that he can't get into my account and can't help me...which is complete BS because I come and pay my bill all the time and they scan my ID and it works just fine. DO NOT WASTE your time coming here. Go to another location. Terrible customer service and literally UNWILLING to help. Then I ask him for his name to report this incident to the manager and he gives me a bogus dealer code to report him!! Do not recommend at all.

Karina thank you for such an amazing service. Really helped me find a smart way to set up a phone line for my girlfriend living in Korea. I was really confused but she was smart enough to come up with a good solution so quickly. Very thankful please hire more like her and promote her so she can leave more of an impact on the employees to improve customer service standards❤️

I walked in to this T-Mobile location couple days ago, I wanted to transfer my att number to them and also was interested of the $800 off promotion or trade in.While in , the employee that was assisting me didn’t gave me the right information all she wanted is making a sell, I wanted to trade my google pixel 7 pro for a Samsung .Instead of her explaining well about the payment and how much is going to be monthly, she went straight to tell me to put all my information in her tablet, and told me that I’m going to be paying $130 or some monthly. Mind you she added a watch without telling me and other stuff so I told her that the bill was too high and my credit is good (cero down payment) , she then got a little upset.Then I asked her to give me a min cause I was trying to get my Imei on my phone and my husband was there with me, while I was doing that , one of the other employees was getting ready to leave, and I literally heard in the one that was assisting us said in Spanish“PORFAVOR NO ME DEJES AQUÍ SOLA CON ELLOS “ ( please don’t leave me alone with them), and the other one asked “PERO QUE HACEN” (but what they doing) , she said I don’t know mind you I’m Trina get my Imei lolthat kind of turn me off and sounded racism to me . My first language is Spanish they didn’t know cause I’m black and didn’t speak Spanish when I walked in, I feel so bad and less than a person, I wanted to say some in Spanish but my husband suggested me to go to another t mobile location.I went to Buford hwy location and was attended by yong or Young , he’s was very professional and kind, he explained everything details through detail , didn’t just ask for my personal information before me knowing my monthly payment.I got the same phone I wanted to get at the other location with less monthly payments. From $130 to $88 lmao please go to this location they are better in customer service and they are no racist

Customer service is terrible. Went in there for a claim the kid standing there couldn't stop texting his friends and was no help at all.He was setting up an in store visit at apple for me then never finished the appointment.

This store is scamming customers. Please be aware to what they offer as a promo. They said I am eligible for the Magneta promo of $400 off on my current plan. When I traded in my XR to get a 14 pro max they did not only kept my XR and gave no credit on it and also there was no discount when bills started coming in. Basically they steal from you and you have to pay full price on the phone. So i think Verizon or AT&T are doing better job. They may be little pricier but they will not scam customers. So go with the other operators rather than T-Mobile. Be careful dealing with T-Mobile. I am switching soon.

My husband and mother in law went there 5 minutes ago for assistance and forget it they didn't want to help and it's probably because they were not getting commission. Not cool couldn't get a damn SIM card and was told they have to go elsewhere, lady didn't want to do her job!

The service at this T mobile is horrible. It’s always long lines with a few employees working. They lock their doors in the middle of that day and have customers waiting. I suggest going elsewhere. Please hire more staff and do better.

The manager is kind of scammer. I signed up for a plan that exchange my iphoneXR with 13. the deal was I can use magnet plan around 60dollars for 2years. but when I got the first bill, it was around $100. So for the first month, I thought there’s a service charge that I don’t know . However next bill was another $100. I went to the shop to find it out. The manager said the girl who singed up with left and I can’t change the plan for 2years. It turned out I have to use max plan which cost more. That was so ridiculous. I have to pay extra 30 dollars that I’ve never singed up and end up paying $960 for nothing. He was irresponsible and there’s no way to be someone called a manager. I even put her on my wife to double check the plan and everything. Stay away from here

Bad customer service; a rep was there but you are certainly not her priority as she is having her young son and significant other at the store. Before hearing my whole statement about my need to be in the store she automatically assume that I needed to switch number and ask me if I was okay with the fees; mind you this is not what I was there for. When she was finally ready to listen she asked me that she would only accept cash….This is insane! What happened to customer service these days?

I am MINDBLOWN that this location has any good reviews. Today was the third time I've attempted to come here and it was the third time that Jonathan refused to even let me through the door and provided no assistance. The first time I came here was to compare different iPhones before placing my order online. Jonathan assumed I wanted the iPhone SE or iPhone 11, when I advised I wanted the 13 Pro Max but a 12 Pro Max that for some reason surprised him. I'm not sure if it's because I don't fit the description of what he feels someone who can afford to pay in full for a new phone should look like but clearly he was judging me for no reason. I ended up purchasing the 12 Pro online and decided I wanted the 13 Pro Max instead. Today I went back to the store and again Jonathan was at the door. When I advised I wanted to return my online purchase and purchase a new phone at the store he immediately shot me down and said it was unable to do this. After stating I was fine with purchasing the new phone in store now and retuning the previous phone though customer service, he advised they were out of all iPhones. When I asked if Jonathan would be able to check if any locations in the area had the phone in stock he said he could not. That truly didn't even make sense because if I as a customer can go on the T-Mobile website to check a stores inventory he as an employee surely can too.I left and went to the T-Mobile off of Lawrenceville Hwy and the experience was night and day. Joanna was amazing and shocked by Jonathan's treatment. I was able to leave the store with my new phone, shipping label, box, and even bubble wrap to drop my phone off at the nearest UPS. Joanna was also able to check and confirm that the Chamblee Tucker location does in fact have the iPhone 13 Pro Max in stock.After leaving I called the Chamblee Tucker location and the woman who picked up simply said, "hello?" confused, I asked if this is T-Mobile after she confirmed I asked for the manager or District Manager's information to report this clear discrimination and pathetic customer service. The female employee tried to tell me I was calling the wrong location so AGAIN we confirmed that this was the T-Mobile off of Chamblee Tucker. She advised she does not have the information for the store manager or district manager. Keeping business cards with the store manager and district managers information is common T-Mobile practice yet this store seems incapable to preform the bare minimum. I have never received such poor quality customer service in my life. Not only are these employees specifically JONATHAN wasting my time and energy but they're messing with their own money. I will be calling every day until I am able to obtain the contact information for the store, district, or regional manager.

This is one of the fastest T-Mobile stores I have ever been to. A young man named Khamari gave us exceptional service and was able to answer all of our questions and provide us with the best plan/deal for our new phones! He was very patient and very knowledgeable about everything we needed to know! A great employee!! Made a stressful experience less stressful! Thank you Khamari.
