Customer service is terrible. Went in there for a claim the kid standing there couldn't stop texting his friends and was no help at all.He was setting up an in store visit at apple for me then never finished the appointment.

Don’t got to this location they scammed you I made a payment of 154 dollars and the person only put the I paid 54 so I repeat do not go this location !!

The service at this T mobile is horrible. It’s always long lines with a few employees working. They lock their doors in the middle of that day and have customers waiting. I suggest going elsewhere. Please hire more staff and do better.
